My passion is helping individuals heal from the exhausting cycle of dieting, restricting, and binge eating. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to constantly strive for the “perfect” body or to hope that “one more diet” will finally bring peace. That’s why my approach is all about healing through compassion, self-acceptance, and a non-diet mindset.
I work with women who are goal-oriented, high-achieving, and empathetic, often struggling with perfectionism, chronic dieting, or emotional eating. Many of my clients feel like food is their only source of comfort, but they also find themselves trapped in a cycle of guilt, shame, and frustration. It’s a cycle that takes away the joy in life — and it’s one we can break together.
I’m trained in Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT-E) for eating disorders, DBT, and intuitive eating. These evidence-based approaches help clients develop healthier relationships with food, regulate emotions, and embrace their bodies with confidence. In our sessions, I blend practical skills with deep emotional work, empowering you to reclaim balance and peace.
If you’re ready to begin the journey toward healing, I offer a free phone consultation to see if we’re a good fit. I’m licensed in NY and PA, and I’m here to help. Let’s get started!
