Affordable Therapy: Insurance, Fees, and Payment Details
Explore insurance options, sliding scale pricing, and payment details for therapy sessions with me
Fees and Insurance
As a trusted online therapist that takes insurance, I am currently in-network with Aetna, Cigna and BCBS in New York. If you have one of these insurances, I will directly bill your provider for your therapy sessions.
For clients who don’t have Aetna or Cigna or who are located in Pennsylvania, my self-pay rate is $175 per session. I also offer sliding scale pricing for those who may need financial flexibility. Please feel free to reach out if you’d like to discuss this option.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens, and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule. I kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to make any changes to your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, my cancellation fee is $85.
However, if you cancel and reschedule within the same week and I have availability, the cancellation fee will be waived. I try to be understanding and flexible, especially when unforeseen circumstances arise. Your appointment time is specifically reserved for you, so the more notice you can give, the better I can serve you and other clients.
Sessions
I offer virtual therapy sessions, which makes it easy for you to attend from the comfort of your home. This eliminates the need for a commute and allows you to receive care in a private and convenient setting. During our sessions, I may provide homework or resources for you to reflect on and work through between appointments. To get the most out of our sessions, I recommend you find a quiet, private space where you can fully engage.
Payment Methods
I accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, or through your insurance, if applicable. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns about payment options.

Free Consultation
Not sure if we’re the right fit? No problem! I offer a free consultation so we can get to know each other and determine if we’re a good match. This is a time for you to ask questions and for me to provide you with more information about my approach and areas of expertise.
After the consultation, I will send you a link to my secure health portal where you can complete your paperwork, sign consent forms, and prepare for our first session.
